Not long after this photo, Dennis and Angie decided that long distance was not giving their attempts to date a fair chance. They amicably parted ways. After almost a year hiatus, Dennis and Angie start dating again after Angie comes across his dating profile on Hinge and makes her move! The two of them are finally living in the same city and things just seem different this time around... This is the first photo of them back together again - Dennis showing off his ability to control the camera from his Apple Watch. (foreshadowing the use of this during the proposal)

Engaged! Dennis proposes to Angie on top of Mount Bondcliff in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. This was also the last hike Angie needed to complete all 48 peaks in New Hampshire over 4,000 feet!
